Say What? Sew what?

{September 11, 2010}   Woah!

Well, four weeks ago I was blessed with the birth of my son.  Fast and furious is how he came into the world, within 45 minutes of being at the hospital I was holding him.  I delivered medication free (not by choice) and on a stretcher in the back recovery/exam room.  He’s beautiful and weighed 8lbs 2 oz and was 20″ long, so much for being a small pre-term baby.  I hate to see what he would’ve weighed if he would’ve baked to his due date of 9/8!!  But he’s doing fabulously and we’re all adjusting really well to life.  All 4 kids are enjoying school, 2 in preschool, 1 in Kindy and a 3rd grader.

I haven’t done much sewing, and I still have a quilt to do for my niece–she’s being induced tomorrow since she’ll be 8 days overdue.

Well, lots of luv and happy sewing and snuggling!
